Flying Dragon Nursery

Flying Dragon Nursery began with a simple passion: a love for plants,
nature, and creating gardens that bring joy. Over the years we found ourselves
diving deeper into gardening and eventually bonsai. That journey opened the
door to the incredible world of Japanese maples and unique conifers — plants
with character, beauty, and endless variety.

Along the way we met amazing people in the nursery industry who inspired
us to turn a longtime dream into reality. In late 2023, we took a leap of faith
and started Flying Dragon Nursery right here on our small, one-acre property in
Port Orchard, Washington.

Our mission is simple: to share the rare, unusual, and truly special
plants that we fell in love with. Many of the cultivars we grow aren’t commonly
found in big box stores, or typical garden centers, and we’re excited to help
plant lovers across the country discover them! Whether you're a collector, a
gardener, or just starting your plant journey, we hope our plants help you
create a space that brings you the same happiness they bring us.
