Return & Refund Policy

At our nursery, we take great pride in growing and carefully selecting healthy, high-quality plants. Each plant is inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our standards and arrives in good condition.

No Returns or Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of live plants and the many environmental factors outside of our control once an order has been delivered, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any plant purchases. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Plant Condition Upon Arrival
We only ship plants that are healthy and viable at the time of dispatch. Once a plant is delivered, its ongoing health depends on care, handling, and environmental conditions, which vary widely. As such, we cannot be responsible for plant health after delivery.

Shipping Issues
All orders are shipped via UPS. If a package is lost or arrives visibly damaged, we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Any reimbursement issued will be based solely on UPS’s claims process and determination. If a claim is approved, customers will receive the amount refunded by UPS for shipping costs only; this amount may not equal the original shipping charge and is not guaranteed.

By completing a purchase, customers confirm that they have read and agree to this policy. If these terms do not align with your expectations, we kindly ask that you refrain from placing an order.
